By placing an order with Monyae’s Collections, you agree to the following terms:

  • All orders are custom-made and require clear communication of details at the time of booking.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all custom orders. No work will begin until the deposit is received.

  • Final payment must be completed before delivery or pickup.

  • Processing times vary based on customization and order volume.

  • Monyae’s Collections reserves the right to decline any order that does not align with our brand or availability.

💸 REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • No refunds will be issued once an order has been started or completed.

🔁 CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of booking.

  • After 24 hours, the deposit remains non-refundable.

  • If work has already begun, the order cannot be canceled.

⏱️ TURNAROUND TIME

Processing & Turnaround

  • Standard turnaround time is 5-10 days

  • Larger or highly customized orders may require additional time.

  • Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability and may include a rush fee.

📦 PICKUP / DELIVERY

Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup details will be provided once your order is complete.

  • Clients are responsible for arriving on time for pickup.

  • Delivery may be available for an additional fee (if you offer it).
